Waking up at 7 on a Sunday sucks, at least I stayed in bed till now reading.
Off to the slow market at willowbridge, just need to get out of the house doing something that isn’t work related

I tried bouncing forward and back on the rebounder, for some reason my brain just doesn’t want to allow the motion and I thought I just pulled a muscle in my leg. half way thru the evening last night the pain went mental. It currently feels like someone is pressing a hot blade in my lower back, pain radiating down my left leg.
Currently sitting with ice on it, will swop it for heat soon, it just takes me 10mins to get up and walk to the office kitchen.
literally the last one shown on there. (and nope I dont do most of those)

The sun is out after yesterdays full day of rain. I have one more exam on the 8th of December. The year is almost done. So good.
