Yes, after my first encounter with Markdown on Reddit many, many years ago, I switched to writing all my articles for online publication in a Markdown editor (Byword in the early days, now Typora).
I’ve been incessantly looking for a self hosted personal knowledge repository, I’m currently trying out Trilium, but the uber Markdown support of HedgeDoc is just… compelling. MD make writing things a little bit more fun, so I’m keen to try it out.

So here’s my shituation:
I have bought and received my MSI Tomahawk B450 Max motherboard. I have the CPU (Ryzen 5 2600). I have the GTX 970. I have on order, 1x 8GB HyperX DDR4 3200 RGB RAM, which I got on a nice discount.
I am now trying to sell my GTX 750 Ti for R600 and…
18.5" LCD monitor for R550.
I have a few people who’ve shown possible interest, but no cigar…?
I’m hoping to upgrade by March. Trying to remain optimistic…

Going to Gariep today. The future parents in law wants to try out a restaurant there so that’s fun. I really just want to stay at home since I was too much on the road but luckily I don’t have to drive. Only problem is neither me or Anneli is driving. Her brother is driving and he drives so fucking slow.

Yet the strange thing is the amount of people I still see buying luxury items and filling their trollies to the brim with groceries, or doing clothes shopping at branded stores etc. The increase in car sales is another example.

Interesting you should say that, we went to the PMB midlands mall today and it was PACKED with people buyng TVs, clothes and all kinds of things, even the jeweler had a queue, which I have never seen.
