haha same with me, except it was just before load-shedding. But yes, I fall into many of those traps.
Going to make a note to watch it later.
Just can’t decide which note taking app to note it in….
Hmmm, decisions, decisions…
Just going back to this one. I have been practicing this for an online course I’ve been doing and it’s working for me!
The notion of “it’s just 2 minutes” seemed comical, but I’ve stuck with it for a week now and have made progress! Slow, but progress nonetheless.
Next, apply the Pomodoro technique. I’ve been using this in and off for a few years now with great results.
So lately it feels as though I have been failing at tracking what I need to and it feels as though my head is below water. Hence I am reaching out to see what others are using for project management tools, specifically for work, as I feel like my personal systems are failing me (or I am them).
I know work advocates and promotes MS-born tools such as Loop, Tasks and Planner. But honestly, I cannot stand the patterns of those tools, not to mention keeping track of things across all the tools.
I am looking at Clickup but am also open to other options, please let me know your go-to tools or systems for keeping on top of your responsibilities and maintaining visibility across projects and or teams.
Good video. Some things are scarily relatable about being “too busy”. Interesting that he also mentions cutting down on caffeine. It’s not the first time I’ve come across that in similar vids. Is this just about improving sleep or also reducing the dopamine increase? Something else?
