There is no way, they can come back from the grave. Moza literally ships here if you’re willing to buy direct. And there are multiple local resellers now, and they’ll even handle the warranty. Thrustmaster has said, that they will keep their quick release system compatible with old wheels, which is STILL inferior to every other brands connector. There are locally made, albeit overpriced DD’s. There’s Moza. There’s even wildly overpriced fanatec, if you can find stock. And if you’re willing to buy from international 3rd party and it’s in stock, Digital-Motorsports.com: Global Sim Racing Store delivers to SA, and fairly quickly too. They need to heavily price adjust, because the price to performance is a joke. Thrustmaster has fucked themselves, they might as well be politicians. I see promises and vokol delivery.
The sim racing world has moved on.

They should stick to making flight-sim hardware 
Let’s see what they actually do. This Logitech seems like a good option, especially if you need to use it on a console as well.

If I didn’t have a simrig, and was only mildly interested in sim racing, i’d get the playstation base, and the xbox wheel, and just clamp it. Support for PC, Playstation and Xbox for years.
Who is this aimed at? All the youtube videos price it in dollars or euros, and quite frankly aren’t relevant for SA. I think it’s time to do a price comparison adjusted for South Africa. Sure, these youtuber reviews touch on quality and may or may not be relevant, but they’re definitely not Afro-centric. The world mos revolves around america
