Good grief Wyvern - that looks very painful. Why are you doing silly setup things that create the chance for that to happen? No year-end function is worth that. Hope it get’s better soon. And that your office mates appreciate you significantly more than they currently do.

This is the last week at work, so have to be in office to finalise the shutdown for the year.
At least the guys at the year end took over - the staff all carried and set up items for me and cleared it all away and loaded in mycar - drove it to the office unloaded it all and packed everything away.
I was really impressed the arse just was ignorant and didnt realise I was limping and not doing heavy lifting
But 99% of the guys appreciated all I did And enjoyed the night
