Back in the day, we used to have a charity rubber duck race where you could buy a rubber duck, each with a unique number that you get on a ticket. If your duck wins, you win <whatever>, and the proceeds go to some charity.
Apparently some years ago, a bunch of the ducks decided āDuck itā¦ Letās ditch the course and do our own thingā and breached the barriers.

Started in 2009 by Colleen Paige, an animal behaviorist, Dress Up Your Pet Day is intended to be a way for pet owners and their fur babies to bond. On the absolute condition that it does not cause your pets any stress (mine hate the idea, and flatly refuse to be cute in clothes), dress them up and show them off. Pics please!

I donāt have pastrami or rye bread at home, but Iām really tempted to pop out and go get some. Iāll then nuke the pastrami for 2-3 minutes, toast the rye until itās nice and crispy and then slather some hot mustard. Iāll hold the pickles though, never been a fan of cucumbers soaked in evil.
Bring me some please?!

- Sticking with the fire and heat theme, today is also International Hot and Spicy Foods Day. I canāt because my stomach is not able to deal with spicy foods. Also, Iām a wimp. But I reckon thereās many in these parts who do appreciate a hit of heat in their dishes.
