I’m excited about Nioh 3 but not sure I can buy it at launch.

I’ve been loving BallisticNG. I love WipeOut and this is the closest thing to WipeOut.

More than that, it does a few things differently too.

I fired up Redout II recently after having the WipeOut itch. Closest I could get in my library. If I still had my PS4, I’d be playing WipeOut Omega Collection, which is still in my PlayStation library.

I’ve had that itch too recently, sadly I can’t find a replacement for WipeOut on Xbox.

Both Redout 1 and 2 are both available on XBOX. I’m enjoying it quite a bit.

Omega Collection was still one of my most played PS games last year. I love it! Got the Platinum trophy for it too.

I’ve tried games like Redout, Pacer and Fast Racing - all good, but BallisticNG is just something else.

On a bit of a bullet heaven survivors genre binge.

  • Jotunnslayer
  • Yet Another Zombies Survivor
  • Deep Rock Galactic Survivor

Oh, and some Borderlands 4 still.

I guess you mean Deep Rock Galactic Survivor? It’s been my go-to boredom buster as well. There are just sooooooooo many achievements to onlock. 2000GS with each being about 5GS!

Also going through a survivor stint. Been through Ball x Pit, Brotato, Halls of Torment, Jotunnslayer, and now DRG Survivor.

Pirate Yakuza just shadow dropped on Game Pass so I’m going to be playing that today and tomorrow until I get Dragon Quest VII Reimagined. My account sharing buddy pre-ordered it on Switch.

Still STALKER 2. Something about exploring that sort of takes my mind off of everything, like going into a zen zone of sorts. I think I should maybe give Skyrim another go…

Any other games you guys can suggest that’s like this? Shouldn’t be too hard.

Apparently Kingdom Come Deliverance is great for exploring?

Things have happened and now I’m playing:

PS5
Nioh 3

Switch
Dragon Quest VII Reimagined

PC
Resident Evil 4
Warframe
Jotunnslayer

It/s going to mostly Nioh and DQ. Those were my two most anticipated games for this year and now I have them. Pirate Yakuza will have to wait.

Taking a short break from BL4, waiting for the level cap increase and new weapon rarity.

Silent hill 2 remake, had to cheat and use high contrast mode to get past eddie, this is one of the most frustrating games i have ever played, ive never felt like this playing any resident evil or any other game in this genre

What about it do you find frustrating if you dont mind my asking? I played it when it came out and IMO it is tied with Alan Wake 2 for the best horror game I’ve ever played.

I can’t recall ever being really frustrated apart from maybe the performance at times during combat sections.

Its a game that drags out far too long, its just not my kind of game, give me an Re game or dead space etc and the gameplay and mechanics are just way better imo,

Hopefully i will play alan wake 2 soon , bought it on the xbox store in december on special but my series s is out of space so i need finish robocop first and nfs unbound before i have space to install thst

Carmageddon: Rogue Shift. Very fun, very good racing game, has an issue here and there, but nothing too major, quite hard as well when you don’t get a good build going. Also one mistake can make you loose the race and the run.

Delta Force. Like Battlefield, but I can customize my guns into absolute abominations. It even has African servers, unfortunately no one plays the “conquest” mode, everyone plays the attack and defense mode.

WreckFest. Great spiritual successor to flatout

Cool, thanks for the feedback. I can’t say I ever felt it was dragging to be honest but different strokes for different folks.
