I feel no pressure to complete it. The game also does not force you to do it.
so true i mostly just did stuff and things
Started playing Pikuniku today. What a happy little game this turned out to be.
It’s not often that I see a game name and not know what it is. In this case I had to google it.
…and I completed Ori and the Will of the Wisps.
An utterly beautiful, emotional experience once again. I ended up with 91% completion with 435/1000 GS and 23 achievements unlocked. I don’t think I’ll try and hunt down the rest, as it’s going to be a spirit light grind to buy the last map and upgrade all shards and abilities. I’m fine with unlocking all health and energy orbs, abilities, shards and shard slots and completing all side quests. So that means I’m done with Ori.
It’s a small little indie game on Game Pass. I saw a guy on YouTube play it once and thought the game looked interesting. So I gave it a go. It’s not a very long game. I think the perfect word to describe Pikuniku is delightful.
I got sucked back into Factorio… Trying to do the 15 hour achievement. This game is heroin. Help.
I was under the impression since Obsidian is now a MS studio Outer Worlds DLC would be included in game pass. I was wrong.
So I’ll be playing Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Remnant and Borderlands 3 on PC.
Started Xenoblade Chronicles 2 NG+ on Switch.
Want to finally finish Days Gone so I’ll probably start that up again today.
I’m playing with the idea of replaying all the big PS4 exclusives before I get a PS5. However all those games will work on PS5 and maybe even perform better so I’m not sure yet.
Just completed the story of Hades, definitely the most fun rouge-like I have ever played.
I gave Carrion a whirl this morning. What an intensely violent, disturbing game… It reminds me of the end sequence of Inside, but obviously this is the whole premise of the game. I like the metroidvania aspect of it, but feel uneasy the whole time I’m playing it. It doesn’t seem all that long, so I might stick it out and complete it.
Started up Demon’s Souls on RPCS3 again. Still an amazing title. Can’t wait to one day play the remake.
Finished Titanfall 2. Ended up not being too bad. Reminded me of Singularity.
Nice, I’m glad you finished it in the end.

I’m having a good time with two September releases:
Mafia Definitive Edition: I loved OG Mafia 1, so I’m savouring this game. I’m impressed by the level of detail in the world, and in the facial expressions. The story and writing seem as strong as ever. I’m not sure about all the gameplay changes yet, but I’m enjoying the package.
Serious Sam 4: The First and Second Encounters gave me some of my most treasured gaming experiences. I remember jamming it split screen and LANning it co-op with my brother. I didn’t play anything in the franchise since. SS4 feels so familiar though! The movement and gunplay are old-school and perfect. It feels a bit rough in the polish department though. Worth it for the price (R220).
Crusader Kings 3 and Baldur’s gate 3
I still have the Atlantis DLC to do in AC Odyssey but man that game is so big! So taking a break.
Finally playing Resident Evil 7 on the XBox One.
