I watched Infernal Affairs II. I didn’t even know they made sequels! It seems like it shouldn’t work, but it did. Great movie. It’s a prequel to the events in the first movie, and adds more context and backstory to the characters. I enjoyed.

Just finished watching Ready or Not. While.it started out quite strong, the end left a bit of a poor taste.
This bit had me concerned and thought it was one hell of a contradiction. If you watch it you’ll sense the comedy, albeit rather dark.

This weekend we watched:
- The Batman
My wife fell asleep saying it was boring. I thought it was a rather good detective story, but no real need to make it a Batman story. Penguin is amazing.
- The Menu
Wow, did not expect this movie to be this good! Disney + says horror, so we were a bit cautious, but it was more intense than scary. Must watch.

For anyone that is a fan of Michael J. Fox’s movies or life, I can highly recommend watching this docu-movie, a tear or two may have been shed while watching. I was truly moved and inspired by his story.

Cocaine Bear, damn this movie is incredible, its not going to win an Oscar, but neither will it win a razzie.

Just watched Beast with my wife and found it rather engaging. Although it comes across as mid budget it was surprisingly tense.

We watched DnD Honor Among Thieves on Friday (currently on Showmax).
I enjoyed hearing all the names of places and some cool spells and wands that keep coming up in both table top games and CRPG’s. But I feel they tried to squeeze too many adventures into a movie… Might be better as a series?

The family and I watched Sea Beast tonight and I found it really, really good.
