Scrounging around the kitchen managed to think up of having meatloaf and mashed potatoes.

Wanted to do Mac n Cheese but didn’t have milk.

Regardless, it was recieved quite well and tasted damn good. And why is it, that every time you’re tight on ingredients someone will call you up and want to come over and inevitably stay for dinner :spaghetti:

Given it’s winter and pretty cold indoors, I think that’s why it didn’t rise very much during proofing. As a result it is quite dense, but quite tasty, I do love me some bread.
