Cancelled my order with RSAWeb and placed a new one with Cool Ideas.
Originally placed my order a week ago. Today, late afternoon I receive an email asking for “business registration” documentation so that they can place my order. I’m expecting that they’ll be phoning me any day now for an appointment to come and install and in the meantime the order hasn’t even been placed yet.
