Just had my first “flatline” after the patch. Verifying game files now.
7.2 GB redownloading now. Urgh. Think I’ll play RDR2 before work then instead.

Played a little bit and it seems ever so slightly better than before. Before I had a texture streaming issue with cars and people in the world not being fully rendered when I encountered them (similar to PS4 and Xbox One versions) but I drove around for about 30 minutes and did not see one car doing this. Hopefully that issue is sorted as it has been my biggest gripe so far.

Yeah, forgot to post update… I verified the files and that fixed it.
When I look in the mirror though, my hair is fine… but I’m not wearing pants. Well, I guess I am home and ventilation is important

We also appear to be missing Lizzie’s Keychain as a “pre-order bonus”, have e-mailed Raru and see what they say. Web time machine shows that up until May 13 it still said:

Its downloading, and we 2 minutes away from leaving for our all-day Cyberpunk 2020 session we gonna play at friends (once off session, random pregen characters just for fun), so will post photos tonight!

There has been very little to entice me to Cyberpunk. I have played enough buggy early access ganes to not want to do it on a R800 gane too.

Wow… I have been blown away as I finished the first act.
The set pieces, writing and voice acting is just off the hook, straight from the top shelf. Bugs and issues aside, I don’t regret the purchase one bit.

So far I have had one bug that drove me bonkers - when you collect your weapon. . . my quest refused to update

I’m certainly not going to say you need to get Cyberpunk, but don’t believe the Reddit circlejerk about the bugs. I’ve run into exactly one, and it was minor.
In my opinion, the game is excellent. Massive OG Deus Ex influences with excellent gun play. Definitely worth the money I spent.
Redditors that are, like me, over the massive amounts of salt on the main subreddit can go to /r/lowsodiumcyberpunk for memes and sreenies and real discussion about the game, including the actual bugs.

Look, I am sure I will play it one day. I just have too much to play now and was never as amoed as some of you. Its been on my wishlist since being available for that. I can just wait, thats all.
