lemme see. done stray demon, done demon king, done oceirus (or whatever the creepy invis baby holding guy is called yelling ocelot - the lore there is quite heavy). done ashes of ariandel, dont own ringed city. not sure of any other optional bosses left. done all lords of cinder.

i prefer freecell

btw guys, if you interested in the massive intricate lore thats fairly hidden in the game, i HIGHLY recommend VaatiVidya. has really cool series on the whole souls series, but nice content on specific things. so much that you’ll now appreciate the detail and design put into the world. Things like certain NPC invaders being in certain places for very lore-heavy reasons etc etc.
Really enjoying it.

Hells no. I could solo Champion Iudex, I couldn’t solo Nameless King even after how many tries. Something like 30 or 40.

Its probably just noob flashbacks from when i tried him ages ago on my dodgy copy. back when it was first time playing souls series. since then i’ve played DS2 and now replaying it. I remember being stuck on dancer for AGES, but begrudgingly killed her first time this playthrough…its such a beautiful fight, i didn’t want it to end :blush:

I struggled with Aldrich and Dancer on my first playthrough as well, however this time I killed both of them on my first go, so I’m really hoping Nameless King goes better, however I have my doubts.

I could get past the 1st phase quite easily, however Nameless King was just so fucking fast.

you mentioned the Dancer and I just had flashbacks, the fight felt very restricted like there was not enough room to move while the boss was well dancing around, got the dlc last night so going to start playing again this week

Had a rough time with her - running in a zigzag pattern between the pillars and hitting her with magic every time I crossed the floor.

I soloed Nameless King and got him on my second try because I’m l33t. Actually I summoned two people and we ganked him after he killed us three times.

Ha ha. I also gave up after like 50 tries. Summoned someone that had massive lighting magic and he fucked him up.

I’ve tried many a time but just get too bored with it and stop and start with a melee character.
