Great start to the day as school holidays have started and kids are at home. As a result, I overslept because someone switched off my alarm, making me rush and be late for meetings. lol

Thank goodness I made supper at around 3 pm and ate when the power went out at 4pm. It came back as scheduled and then went off again and has been out since. We’ve logged a fault with Eskom only to be told that the techies finished up at 19h00 and they’re unsure if anyone is on standby.

Good morning all, I’ve been man down with the flu, slept most of yesterday afternoon and had a feverish night. The fever is broken now at least.
My wife commented that I must have only slept shallowly because I didn’t snore once. She found that she struggled to sleep without the familiar sound and even contemplated downloading an app with snoring sounds! Never mind the fact that she often complains that my snoring keeps her up
