Then I refuse to start the game. I’m absolutely in the Volvo camp. My XC60 just turned 4 years old and I’m still madly in love with it. Recently flirted with a dealership visit to look at the X3 and new X1. Left disappointed and just appreciated my Volvo so much more.

There’s more Volvo’s in Forza Motorsport than Gran Turismo 7. Don’t know what it’s like in other car sims.
Unless I was looking out my arse, I only saw one. Are you implying the GT7 has no Volvo’s in its catalogue?

My V40 is 10 years old now, 215 000 om on the clock. Still a wonderful car to drive.
I’m looking to upgrade next year - I can now, but the cheapest car around is the one you already have, isn’t it. I’m getting myself a second hand XC60, hopefully I can wangle a T5 from 2020 or so. If I can get a hybrid model in my budget, though, I’m in!

@Viper got a hybrid XC90 not too long ago. I have a meagre D4, but it has more than enough punch for my tastes. You won’t be disappointed with the XC60, believe me. It is an absolute dream to drive and you it just exudes luxury and comfort. Like I said, 4 years on and I still love mine. And it only has 45,000km on the clock.

Yeah, now it’s just irritating me. The one hour I’ve carved for myself to drive a bit more in the career mode and I can’t even get the game to launch. Stuck in a stupid Sign In - Synching… - Turn10/Xbox splash screen - Game crash loop. It’s hugely frustrating.

My XC90 is still going strong. Not light on fuel, but comfy and more than enough power. Only thing with buying the hybrid 2nd hand is the batteries do not perform as they should. When new, it apparently gives you about 30km on the battery. After 5 years, it is more like 15km and it takes 4 hours to charge to full. Still, I rarely drive these days so for me it is fine and it can still fit the whole family for when we do drive long distance.

After much hair pulling, uninstalling, reinstalling, internet trawling, and curse words fit for a drunken dock worker on pay day, I can eventually successfully log back in and get the game started. I’m not 100% certain which thing I did that actually fixed it, or if it was a combination of things. I do suspect that it may have been caused by a Windows Security update that was installed during the day yesterday, a couple of hours before I tried to launch the game last night. Uninstalling it and the one before it that I could were among the last things I did before it started working again.
Going in now again - hopefully

Frustratingly I encountered the infinite loading screen bug on XBox. I lost about an hour’s progress that it just didn’t save.
It was taken by my previous xbox account
