I am def also going to try improve my time. The Clio T5 and the pacer did not feel like my kind of cars. The Civic was nice, might try a VW next
This runs for a week eh?
well the game doesn’t want to save my laptimes from today
Oh yes! VW MK1 FTW! 1:24:912 it’s not Flex level but I shocked myself.
Well I think we might have to vote. But I actually think 2 weeks per challenge is quite a nice length. Especially for those who are not able to play much weekends.
What do the rest of you think?
Yeah it’s chilled, i was just curious. I thought those in game challenges and event reset or changed every week. But whatevs.
But why? Perhaps they were not clean laps? I don’t know what else it could be.
Nice! Tried the Reno 5 Turbo, set my fastest time so far, but it does not feel right. Never feels smooth and get so much under steer on braking. Still prefer the Civic. Will try the VW tonight.
The AMC really surprised me, handles beautifully but it feels like it just doesn’t have the pace. So far I’m finding the Golf’s to be my preferred options.
mmmm… not really sure. My time for the Spec challenge has stayed there since I set my time ± 2 weeks ago. So do not think so.
I will try take a screenshot every night in case that happens. But I guess if the person setting the challenge feels that everyone needs more time they can extend the challenge
2 Weeks sounds good to me. For instance I don’t have internet at the moment and at other times I don’t have time and so forth.
The AMC feels slow to me because it does not Rev like the other cars. But it has quite a bit of HP. The AMC was the first car I tried, might give it another go a bit later as well. I do not feel comfortable on any of the cars I have driven thus far
It’s the only rear-wheel drive iirc.
Think the Ren5Turbo is the only mid-engine.
Yeah you are correct. The AMC Pacer does a nice little drift out of corners when you push it quite hard. Prefer Over to Under steer
Not entirely sure. There were clean laps for sure into mid 1:24s. I will take screenshots in future just in case.
I’m also ok with either 1 or 2 weeks.
If I can get my hands on Forza 7 can I join in at any time?
Definitely yeah. The more the merrier
fo’ shizzle mah nizzle
2 weeks is definitely my choice. Conversely to many, I frequently don’t get too much time on most weekends, and week night sessions are often too short to do much more than get a bunch of practice laps in before getting frustrated with myself and quitting
Shooting in the dark here, but could it have anything to do with having or not having Live Gold?
Nope it should not make a difference afaik
