So I am consistently making to and beating Meg, and on most occasions, Bone Hydra too. I must be improving, or it’s just the accident builds that get made as I go along.

I’m consistently making it to Hades’ second phase now, but damn those lasers! Best I got was about 2/3 damage to his second phase health bar. I’ll get him one of these days!

just stand behind the pillars, you can see when he is starting up to use them when he kinda twirls his spear in front of him, he sometimes makes a distinct noise as well.

Why can I longer give Ambrosia to them?

You have to talk to them some more, and further the relationship, with gods you have to keep taking their boons in order to increase their “hearts”. Near the end with some people you have to give more than 1 ambrosia.

I finally made it! Had some good boons and weapon upgrades this time around and had 2x Death Defiance still left after the final fight. Here was my final build on escape attempt 38:
EDIT: Reading up about it, it seems like I still have to do this 9 more times before the game finally “ends” and I get to see the credits roll! Damn, it took me 23 hours to finally beat Hades once. If I’m lucky and I defeat him every third try, that’s another 13.5 hours at least before I finish the game. I’m not sure I have the endurance to go through with that…

Thanks! Boons stack nicely with the one mirror talent that gives you bonus damage for each boon you have. So I rush to grab as many boons as I can (including Chaos boons) during each run. I usually go for Athena first (for a deflect boon), then either Artemis (for the arrow-on-attack boon) or Dionysus (for inflicting drunk on attack). Any other boons will hopefully synergize nicely with those.

Nearing month end and how is everyone doing?
I don’t think I’m gonna be able to complete this, perhaps I just suck at these types of games. I enjoy the hell out of it though, among others.

Neither will I. I’m not quite sure what “done” constitutes in this game though. If reaching and beating Hades once qualifies, then I’m done with the game. If reaching the true ending and seeing the credits roll constitutes as “done”, then I’m 8 runs away from that, which means at least another 16 hours of gameplay. In that case I’m not going to be done…

My Secret Santa got me Spiritfarer and I’ve been enjoying that tremendously.
I’ve done a couple of runs in Hades, but I think it is unlikely that I will finish it before the deadline.

I’m close to completing one successful run in the game. Just the 2nd phase of the boss fight I need to beat.
I would consider beating Hades once enough to qualify as completing the game. It’s a feat in itself and takes enough game time to be consider a full playthrough.

I think it’s fair that killing Hades once should qualify you for getting the award.
If you manage to play the game all the way through to the “true ending” then you’ll get the gold version of the trophy.

I did, but that was before gameclub which i know usually does not count, and is fine with me if it doesn’t, i have however completed a hades run whilst gameclub was going on.

Lol I started the game a month before game club and only managed to finish the first playthrough last week XD, Don’t think I would have made this one if I restarted. Well done to those that did. This game is epic.

So my last 2 runs were quite successful. I managed to do 2 successful escape attempts in a row and I’m now sitting at 4 in total. My current run is going well enough (considering I’m doing Extreme Measures x2 for Furies and Bone Hydra). I have 2 more Death Defiance left and will run Styx with Lucky Tooth. If the last 2 runs are anything to go by, I can make it through Hades by using only 1 Death Defiance in his second phase. So I might be up to 5 escapes soon!
