The current Game Club, Max Payne 3 will continue until the end of April.
For those who don’t know: Game Club is like a book club for games. We get together and play a game during a specific time period. From the start to the finish. Sometimes there are awards that gets displayed on your profile. We also chat in the evenings while we play and it’s a lot of fun. Buy it, play it, join our chats in the evenings, be happy and content with the world. The chats are optional though as long as you post in the Game Club threads.
It used to be called MyGame over at MyGaming where we have played 11 of these.
First nominate 3 games that you would like to be the next Game Club game. You can change your nominations as often as you want until the 15th of April. The games with the most nominations will then go into a poll and people can vote for the next Game Club. Game Club Game 3 will start on the 1st of May. Everyone who participate will have to start the winning game from the beginning.
Poll ends 23 April at 6pm. The poll don’t close automatically so whatever is winning at that point wins.
Please pick all the games that you would be willing to play in Game Club 3.
Mostly we pick games that you can finish. However if it’s a game that can’t be finished then we can add criteria to count as completed. Otherwise you can go crazy.
So Titan Quest is perfect. Also when you add your third game, edit your post, put them in a list and tell us later in the thread that you changed your games. It makes the counting easier.
If we had to create the poll today then the options would be:
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
Hollow Knight
Obduction
Transistor
Warhammer: End Time - Vermintide
WHAT?! I have an Amazon Prime Video sub (for The Grand Tour) and didn’t know that!
EDIT 1: Damn, only now saw that you have to run it through yet another gaming client - the Twitch desktop app. I thought it would be redeemable through Steam or the like…
EDIT 2: Ok, I caved in and download it. And played it a bit. It’s suuuuch a good game! There’s an immediate improvement over the first game in just about every aspect and Steamworld Dig is one of my favourite games I’ve played so far this year!
