I just went to Checkers for some snacks, I need a variety, I am getting bored of biltong sticks


Grabbed these and then weighed them out to the serving suggestion sizes

Also grabbed these to try - its not bad but smells amazing - Ok I am mistaken, don’t do it! They are gross

I don’t know how many steps I walked, I went out after my exam yesterday and then walked back up the stairs instead of the lift.

And @czc check if your phone can count your steps - guys who keep their phones on them get to see that as well.

I tried that once but don’t carry my phone when I go out to run proper. I actually don’t like carrying anything tbh.

And your kilojoules confused the hell out of me when I first looked at that image.

The sad thing is I have now gotten used to the Kj and your calories confuses the kak out of me :stuck_out_tongue:
And that is the same reason I dont use my phone to count steps.

Like Donsie said, 1km = 1300 steps so work out how long your running route is and use that.
1,2km for me is 1638 steps according to my fitbit - but I have a shorter stride than most
