Glad to see whole foods are good, I just bought a bunch of potatoes.
I had a good week last week. Stuck to the diet and exercise. Went to a bachelors on Saturday though and had a cheat meal then. Only had one whiskey though and stuck to Coke Zero.
Didn’t weigh myself this morning. Will do so tomorrow morning and send through my details.
I measured myself with 3 different metal measuring tapes and got 3 different results. I need to find my cloth tape, I’m not sure if my measurements have been accurate up to now.
I do need to punch a new hole in my belt, though, so I think that counts for something

It can be tough. Sometimes I have to re-measure because I’m sucking in my gut, and then I push it out too much. Other times I get my thumb or finger under the tape…
But I think as long as you’re consistent it will be good enough.
I get mum to help but I seriously think she is doing it wrong or at the wrong spots each time
Cloth measurements are probably most accurate besides ones used by trainers.
I still have to send in my measurements, just have to get a chance to do it. Will try tmw morning.

Yasss, my metabolism has literally just stopped. Like 2 months ago.
So I notice myself getting quite chunky in the middle lately.
I gym and surf regularly so everything is in ok shape except for the growing boep. So now I have to start counting calories.
dammit.
