Challenge for tomorrow 20/10, try cut some sugar from your diet, have less cold-drink, less sugar in your tea/coffee, try not snack on unhealthy foods.
Fun challenge - try do a squat every time you go to the bathroom.
If not being able to weigh myself means I have to opt out then I’m going to have to opt out. Like I’ve mentioned I do not have a scale nor do I know anyone that does. I also cannot just go out and buy one.

With fitness, it’s an everyday thing. Even if it’s for 10 min. I do push-ups in the morning when I wake up to get the blood going. I stopped Suger intake a while ago and then in the evening no matter what time I don’t go to bed without doing minimum 30min workout.
I like the thing to go to the toilet and do squats
I’m holding off on the exercise until my lungs are ready, but I’m down to two cups of coffee a day, increased my water intake, but I need to still drink more. I’m keeping a bottle at my side at all times, so that’ll help. I just need to not be lazy when it comes to refilling.
Sugar intake hasn’t, and probably won’t change, since I don’t really use it most days.
Yea for my water intake it is easy - I have 750ml bottle with me, one in the fridge when it is warm as well, so that I take the cold water and then the next bottle cools off
But I need a new one, mine leaks in my handbag.
I know I can do more steps a day, but I am building up slowly. I started at 4000 steps a day cos that was my average when I last used the fit bit. Now it is up 5600 per day but I am averaging 6000. So next week I will up it to 6500. I hope the fitbit will let me do mre than 250 per hour :S
I use 1L soda stream bottles from time to time. I’ve never had one leak, though I did manage to break the plastic foot off of one (they come hot glued, so easy fix). I would also chop up some cucumber, mint (unchopped) or pineapple and chuck it in the bottle to encourage drinking, especially the pineapple. You get a few peices here and there, but most of it stays in the bottle forcing you to finish the water, and shake the bottle to get the pieces into your mouth.
Only works if you love pineapple though. Berries could also work, especially if their frozen and you like your water cold. Speaking of which, I can’t stand cold water. But I think refrigerating a bottle is a good idea, just so you can take it out, and stick it down your shirt in this heat!!
Considering last week I was on 10 secs I am happy!
But I feel like jelly
its basically now 15mins non stop on the trampoline, then we take a 2 min break, get back on for another 15mins, then off, during the second off, we then use the trampoline for planks, pushups and weird bouncing things (cant describe don’t make me - but my upper body hates me).
Then we did a duck walk (weird walk in a squat) then jump squats. x4
Then another 8 mins on the trampoline, then the last part of the hour is balancing on the trampoline, and stretching afterwards.
