I wont lie I cant do it exactly like that - it hurt my lower back a lot, so they changed mine to squats again.
That one I can do without to much issues, altho today my but, calves, arms and core is hating me for pushing so hard last night.
I know the myfitness app syncs with my fitbit, but I don’t see it reflecting my exersize.

Another salad recipe. Grated carrots and pineapple chunks mixed in a bowl. Better than it sounds!
