week went ok i think cut down on more suger, keeping up with my training every day, increased amount of water as well. so I would say its been ok i think

I do. Used free version for a while about 2 years ago, and subscribed to it this year back in August when I started my #fatmustfall efforts this year.

I think I am doing wellish, not as active as I would like but time + jobs + family crap has not given me that much time - I just want it for a little me time so I try to walk even if its just up and down the street to get away.

At least the sugar thing has become a lot easier, Im craving less, snacking less, and when I do snack its on healthier options - I shared my dairy on myfitnesspal - shout if you wanna be friends on there to help keep us accountable

I should add its a pity I don’t work at the shop full time, if only! I’m not stuck behind a pc then and I get to be more active. Did my daily steps from 9 till 3…all done

Try get outside abit if you can spend some time with kids outside, go for a walk etc

This week has been good, kept up with the training and was good with my food, I did however have a cheat meal yesterday so lets hope that doesn’t set in on the scale

Well done for finishing the first week! This coming week i want everyone to keep track of what they eat, either by writing a food diary or using an app like myfitnesspal. This will allow me to help with the food side of the challenge and give better advice to each person individually.

Today I didnt have time to go mad with a walk, have been baking all day, but I am still hitting my step goal for the day. As of tomorrow I am upping my goal with at least another 500 steps per day, I know it doesnt sound like a lot, but with my schedule it works.

I am also requesting that my family gives me cash for my birthday so I can buy my own rebounder, so that on days when I need a boost (aka at least every second day) I can do some of my work out on there at home

I did bad over the weekend. Too many cheat meals… I’m trying to pass it all before I weigh myself again :laughing:

Really, I do fine during the week, but then on the weekend, I end up having too much wine and eating 2 weeks worth of healthy snacks before Monday. Didn’t help someone gave me a large slab of Dairy Milk on Saturday morning, and instead of rationing it out or passing it on to someone else, I polished the whole thing off…
