Thanks a lot. @Beo said he sold his copy. Aww
I don’t have a PS4 anymore, sadly. Wish I still did I put so many hours into Driveclub.
Been busy, I’ll catch up on this soon
Awesome, I’m looking forward to seeing the talent I’ve just set a simple base time to beat.
@Prinsanity you don’t perhaps have Driveclub in your collection? If you do, want to join in the circuit?
Unfortunately not - the only multiplayer games I’ve currently got in my PS4 library are Borderlands: the Handsome Collection, Diablo 3 and Monster Hunter World.
If you guys ever want to jam any of those, give me a shout; I will also keep you updated if I get any other games you guys are currently playing
My PSN tag is Quinny_bee
@FarligOpptreden I swear I saw your name as one of the ghost cars but didn’t see a time. Was there a problem? Was it you?
This was the best time I could get. Many mistakes still though.
Nah, couldn’t have been. I haven’t started the game up yet.
Ok. Then i was seeing things. But definitely got your friend request
So the first challenge ended without anyone taking part. Obviously then that week doesn’t count.
I’ve made a new challenge and it’s up for a week. I did a quick base time for it.
Yeah, sorry man.
Please open up another one. Work commitments prevented me from touching the PS4 again the past couple of days (and will continue preventing me from doing so today and tomorrow). I’d like to jump into the challenge sometime over the weekend though…
Done this morning. It will run for week
That’s actually really clean, nicely done.
After around 100+ hours in Drive Club, I actually despised the slower cars, they had less grip and would drift easily due to their power to weight ratio.
Then again some of t he hyper cars would power slide if they hit a 5c coin. I’m looking at you Hennessey Venom GT.
Haha thanks. Yeah, I normally prefer the faster ‘tank’ cars but I thought I’d start small for eveyone
Yeah, some of those hypers you need to wrestle them and work the throttle gently. Like you say, if a feather lands on your accelerate trigger you’ll drift and lose time and probably spin out.
I’m keen to see what some of the other guys can put down.
The McLaren P1 is probably the friendliest of all the hyper cars, once you learn to use the DRS when cornering and the KERS to get out of corners into straights.
Most of the Ferrari’s and Lamborghini’s are fairy forgiving too.
You should do a challenge in the Wombat, it’s got zero penalty for leaving the track and you don’t slow down either.
Geez, I struggled to get in 400ms behond you! Took me a good 10 laps to just fet there when I decided to call it a day for now. I did manage to better you on some of the challenges though…
