Don’t kick yourself up about it though. I’ve also missed a day here and there. Just do the next day.

Not that my body is feeling sore, but last night in the shower I would strech or flex my back for example, and I had to stop doing so as it felt as thogh my muscles were about to cramp or spasm. If that makes sense?
Ever had that, where you stretch and your muscle actually goes into a cramp?
Either up your salt intake or get a magnesium supplement. Ive started using slow mag about once a week when I get those kinds of cramps. I have found since I am using the pre workout mix it helps to prevent cramps as well.
I was gonna suggest magnesium. Typing with a cat in front of me is difficult.
FYI stress depletes magnesium.
