Yeah, I try to maintain a sub 60 minutes for all any, but with you there. I donāt normally time but judging when I start to finish I would say around 35 - 45 minutes.

Lets set a timer for 5 minutes do 10 pushups and 10 squats on repeat until the timer runs out. Resting 20 seconds if needed.
haha sure, sounds like a plan. My usual rest interaval is 20 seconds, or 30 seconds at max.
