A very valid question. I did take a photo of myself, I think frontal and side view before I started this, will try and surface that.
In the interim, I was actually looking at myself in the shower or mirror when brushing teeth or something (no, I am not that vain), but I was somewhat disappointed. But I keep reminding myself why we started this, it was not to become @Flex levels of built or defined. Though I can see and tell that certain elements of my body and physique have changed. For example, my biceps, pecks, calves and thighs look and feel a bit more defined. Not just that, my posture feels a lot more improved. I still have some handles and too much of a boep for my liking, though my wife says I look seksie.
Keep in mind, this was initially created (for me at least) to instil better habits and lifelong practices and activities as an overall improvement. I am also no longer out of breath just from climbing a flight of stairs, and I am drinking a lot more water. But yeah, I’ll see if I can find some pics and take some now, I don’t think I have had a pic taken since then.
I look the same as I did. I did fall off the boat running up to my exams each time completely against the point of this routine which was to maintain minimum activity.
Yeah, not too much change but just a little more toned or defined, if that makes sense. I did also have a stint where I did nothing for around 3 weeks due to illness, or back problems, etc.
I’m a bit reluctant to show but here goes… guess this is a courage moment for me.

And the fact that you, and @z1oc have pretty much kept this routine going for almost 9 months now is equally impressive.

haha, I actually removed it twice and restored it twice. Felt a little uncertain of posting it and kept questioning or doubting myself of it.
Whatever you’re comfortable with bud. You’re braver than me (most?) even considering putting them up in the first place.
Haha yeah, I have noticed my 34 waist pants just about fall off of me now.
