haha I rarely look at the date that much unless I’ve missed a few days. I take more notice of the routine.
Day 256

So since this has deviated off from the original one Punch man Challenge, what are your goals now and how is the exercise plan/routine worked out?
That’s a very good point. I hadn’t actually thought about it or even considered that. What intially started out as a 100 day challenge has changed to see if I can sustain and keep it going. To what has now become routine or habitual at this point.
I suppose I should change my diet or adapt it to better fit or match the routine, but I can’t sustain that currently.
Any thoughts or recommendation in next steps?
Do not see it as a diet, you are not prepping for a comp or anything. Eat healthy, enough and clean. Then decide on number of days you can commit to exercise, that will give you an idea of what kind of split program you need to do. Eg. lower body, upper and full for a 3 day split program. So that the training actually has a purpose and goal , and not just mindless exercises for something that started as a challenge
im just going to keep this up during winter and maybe add a few more things when it gets warmer. I still plan to cycle every second weekend.
Atm I train 3/4 days a week.
Triceps/chest
Back/ Biceps
Legs
Shoulders
That includes min 30 min cardo on those days.
And then while I work, in my breaks I do 30 pushups, 30 squats and 30 crunches 3 times a day to loosen up and get the blood flowing from sitting at the desk all day.
