Set 2: Do half your new max recorded
Set 3: Do as many as you can comfortably do (not to failure)
Phew… past few nights I have actually woken up in the middle of the night feeling hungry. Not sure if a result of workouts or not.
I was only able to my half of new record through all three sets.
Thats ok, not everything goes up in a smooth line. Also keep in mind you did your catching up yesterday.

That’s something I have noticed that hasn’t affected me, I don’t ever feel sore or tender after these sessions. Though the exertion does take it out of me.
I feel it mostly on my arms. I wont say im super strong but my upper body has always been my weak spot
Yeah, about the same, I’ve always been strong in the legs with things like soccer, walking, trails, mountain biking etc.

Oh me too dont ya worry - weirdly I can do comando’s but not push ups or at least that is what my trainer calls it.
Like a push up, you just dont start on your hands, but resting on forearms pushing upright from there immediately into shoulder taps.

I really thought I posted last night.
I missed yesterdays workout sadly, due to going out with the family, walking over 5km and had a massive headache all damn day!
No worries, you were active.
Phew… The lactic acids are building up now during my sessions.
