I’m basically forcing Sunday to be a rest day.

Sigh this week has been so bad not been at home this week and basically been working day and night so glad today is my last day here. I am super tired

You legends have been on this program for a month now. I’m guessing you can all do a few more than when you started? Either way, I think you all deserve mad props - going to be a bunch of buff nerds about soon! :muscle:

Feeling a lot more comfortable and not as tired or drained. Actually feel a lot more energetic through the day.

Absolutely! I wouldn’t say I’m at 100 reps of each as yet (or any), but working towards getting there. Currently doing around six or seven times as many as when we started.

It’s flown by extremely quickly.

This has been one of my biggest areas of disappointment, honestly. Not that I wanna get “jacked” or expecting to be ripped, just that I thought there may be a little transformation. Though I do find some areas which are improved or affected, like posture.

Thats awesome. Yeah its funny that energy builds on energy and doing nothing makes you more tired.

Keep in mind that this is a long term thing, think of it as something you’ll keep doing.

Squats I can easily do 100 now, push-ups I still struggle with abit as I can’t seem to activate my left side properly to get proper form so I fatigue pretty fast

I guess you could try putting your stronger hand on a phone book for a few reps to target that weaker side.
