I see squats is now on the list and that is awesome! Itās the most life changing exercise.

Basically, if you can only do one exercise for the rest of your life. Make sure itās the squat and youāre going to have a great time for a long time.
I still canāt do a jump squat to save my life. . . . .
But The new rule in my life is - before going to the loo, do 5 squats. . . . .
But I dare you to do a squat on a trampolineā¦
Next week it will be 10 squats! Muscle strength increases quickly as long as we are consistent.
Haha Im not part of their madness, my fitness routine is 80% on a rebounder and 10% things like planks, lunges, crunches and squats and 10% stretching. A pushup is still evil.
Sorry I didnāt post. I left home at 04:00 and got back at 19:00 yesterday. Way too mentally tired.
Anyway, how do you guys feel about the single set vs multiple sets?
Havenāt done anything in a few days now as down with the sickness.
I do prefer the multiple sets as I find I get more in as a cumulative amount.
Multiple is always easier, have been offline for abit but am managing over 150 squats to failure(for me its currently when my ligaments start pulling(currently doing physio for it)) but once physio is over I rate I can do plenty more. Push-ups are still dismal as I have no upper body strength
Lets get back into this.

Damn, I been sick all week, as a result I havenāt done any form of exercise. I only started walking again from yesterday and even that tires me out.

Iām falling behind due to the flu. Took a walk to Checkers to get some groceries and by the time I got back my shoulders were sore and legs tired. And that was only about 3.5km round trip.
Geez dude, if you feel that bad I would get in bed and rest.

Do 3 sets of pushups and squats with as many reps as you can comfortably do each time, so each set should have a lower number of reps each time.
