Morning people of the palace
This weekend I did a rare thing, turned data off on my phone, unplugged my pc and spent the weekend reading. I actually feel refreshed and relaxed!

So far it’s been a productive morning. I’ve already researched and tested a failover geo-replication solution for our client’s Azure database.

Did something similar, but not by choice. My PC is now safely in a container bound for the muddy isle together with all my consoles and books.
The house is empty and the cars are going to their new owners soon.
Luckily I still have access to internet and I have details for Netfilx, Showmax, DSTV and Amazon prime so I’m at least able to watch some TV and movies

Very quiet morning, all the software devs I usually interact with on an hourly basis have gone quiet this morning. I hear the power is out … again in parts of PTA.
