Same. Also have astigmatism. Back when I did the lasik surgery it wasn’t something that they could fix. Don’t know if they can now.

They can’t. I have a few friends with wives in the optometry industry and the conclusion is they can’t fix the shape of your eye. So what did the lasik fix for you then? It’s the main reason I’m not even considering surgery, as my eyes are bad due to the astigmatism…

Lasik fixed my nearsightedness. Astigmatism remained however.
Apparently from what I read after my initial comment they can fix astigmatism with lasik these days.

5 Years ago, I started having issues seeing the computer screen, got reading glasses. Between now and then, the issue spread to everything, all the time. Apparently the syndrome is called “Presbyopia” and it is as a result of old age. I also have issues between left and right eye.
Please Elon, hurry up and develop a way for me to upload my consciousness to a matrix so I can escape this gradual tactical retreat from “normal” into pain and old age.

Ok got blood results back, good news I am all ok, I am tho prediabetic, but with diet and exercise, I can get that to normal. Cholesterol is normal - all the kinds (which shows its more exercise than anything else apparently)
And i am starting 2 types of gymming this week - one is this weird trampoline thing that helps prevent stress on joints and pilates. I have also been going for walks during my lunch breaks, we have this stunning open wild field with a lovely path almost next door to my office, so I go walk there. (when its not pissing with rain)
