Quite enjoying No Man’s Sky new expedition. You get to quickly build a corvette, which is nice.

I need to get back into NMS. A game I absolutely love and adore but with every new update I feel a desire to restart the game. Perhaps it’s tied to a fear of missing out on something.

The latest expedition is great for starting from scratch, it gives you a ton of freebies as expedition phase rewards as you go along. I mean, in the first 2 hours you have a fully functional flying base, a greatly boosted multitool and some cash.

Too expensive for my taste currently. Will wait for a sale with a deep discount, as I did with BL3 as well.
For the first time I am probably going to do the same, this time is different because I read that it is very tough to make it playable on mid level PC systems. Will wait for discount and a few rounds of optimisation.
I would be playing BL4 if I could get it. First time since BL1 came out I can’t get it on release. But I am busy trying to make a plan.

Holy shit dude, BL4 is absolutely amazing! The new movement mechanics are awesome. The whole game feels light years ahead of BL3.

Finished The Riftbreaker with my brothers, really fun game can definitely recommend.
Started playing Atlas Fallen: Reign of Sand. Its on gamepass so gave it a shot, and its pretty good, nice action adventure game.
Shape of Dreams. Co-op rogue-like game, so far so good, but I think it could use a bit more ironing out.

Hades 2 shall be taking over my life for the foreseeable future, art style is awesome, gameplay is awesome, and the soundtrack is awesome, this game has lived up to my hype for sure.
Before this I played some “Rematch” since it finally added crossplay, unfortunately it seems the fact that this was not added on release has already dealt it a blow, as there are fewer players than when the game released, right now it seems that a small discord server is the only thing keeping this game going in South Africa

Warframe. Finally. On PC, XBOX Series S and iOS. Mostly iOS though. Makes for a great pick-up-and-play experience as I have my phone on me the whole time.

Haven’t updated here in a while.
I’ve finished Alan Wake 2 with all the DLC a while ago (and got the full ending this time). Wasn’t a big fan of the lakehouse DLC but as far as the story goes, it seems that they’re pulling everything into the universe (even Quantum Break which was surprising).
I then finished The Alters and watched the remaining endings on Youtube. Surprisingly, wasn’t a bad game.
Now I’m just playing some Defense Grid 1 and catching up on movies that my wife don’t want to watch with me.

The pinnacle and benchmark of tower defence games. Haven’t found one that does it better than this.
I really liked Sanctum and Orcs Must Die too. Those 3 games are the only ones that hit the Tower Defense spot for me.
Played some Defense Grid 1 and 2 this weekend, but I must say, I think number 1 is better.
