Tonight I plan on finishing the final quest of Division 2.
Then I’m starting Just Cause 4
Also playing Division 2 and finally caved and bought Elder Scrolls Online for Steam on the dirt cheap 70% off for the Elsweyr edition. Played it YEARS ago before it was on Steam and bought it for PS4 as well, but barely touched it.
So gonna start iterating between the 2 soon. And some Breath of the Wild… Have 2 more Divine Beasts to conquer before moving on to Gannon.
I finished both Nioh 2 and Control, but in Nioh’s case the real game has only just started.
PS4
Nioh 2
Persona 5
Switch
Animal Crossing: New Horizons
Dragon Quest XI: Echos of an Elusive Age S Definitive Edition
PC
GTA V
Just Cause 4
Division 2 was never even on my radar at all and I showed no interest in it - my friend just kept telling me about it and it happened to become the first game I’ve finished the main campaign of in ages.
Going to fire that up soon.
I enjoyed the first one’s campaign quite a bit and bought the sequel in December during EGS’s sale. I never got around to playing it until now.
The lockdown has been good to me, affording me an hour or so each day to game. I managed to finish 2 games I’ve been dragging since December as well - Control and Jedi Fallen Order. Both were decent, with my nod going to Control if I had to choose one.
The Division 2, however, scratches my ARPG / looter itch once again, so it beckons me back each time I wake my laptop from sleep mode.
Just discovered Elemental TD 2 on Steam, Created by the original creator of the Warcraft 3 map back in 2006, currently in early access , but hot damn it is so well done for an early access game and only around R80 it is perfect price. and literally at 8:26 they updated it with 8 player co-op. also, we should totally get this for MEWME
Just Cause 4: mindless blowing things up with an ok story. Something new and it was free from epic games
I will install JC4 at some point.
Since having fixed the webs, I have been leveling Zane in BL3 (I do with there was a way to skip the convos if you have heard it before -for some reason they are irritating me.
I can also finish my Div 2 now - wont bet getting the DLC just yet.
Otherwise I am just jumping from game to game
Control was brilliant for story, Div 2 and BL3 is scratching that itch for destroying the world and looting it all. Since we cannot do it in real life and it feels that is where we are heading.
it does look great though, going back to NYC. It’s one thing I can give Ubisoft credit for, is their world design, I love exploring (most) of their worlds.
Yea so do I , just not the price tags to go along with it …
Seconded, the detail in div2 is amazing, the new NYC doubly so. It is a great pity that their balance team seems pretty clueless.
Awesome, might pick it up on special some day, I play these games solo anyway so weapon balance and meta doesn’t really bother me.
Same here. I’m taking my time with the campaign and enjoying completing a district at a time. Only on to the second one now…
I just keep getting lock ups and weird freezing followed by character running in place for a few seconds. Sometimes it’s fine sometimes its virtually unplayable.
That is lag issues with their server - we have had that a few times.
Anyone who needs a hand in Div2 gimme a shout
Yeah it can’t graphics or anything - even with everything turned down to low it still does it.
Hmmmm you broke it - or is it a new issue?
Been happening more and more. Didn’t really have an issue when I started it, but last week it really starting becoming a pain the ass
I also get those, i believe it might be CPU, as it uses 100% of my CPU when I try to play it, i looked around a bit and apparently the game is not optimized for i5 CPUs, and I definitely think that as it has been updating it has been getting worse, almost broke my keyboard when i got stuck running in place and the enemy just shot me full of holes causing me to fail the activity
This sounds almost like what is happening to me in Borderlands 3. The game will freeze for a couple of seconds but the sound will go on and if there are enemies they will still shoot at me then suddenly the game will catch up and everything will go back to normal.
Only issues I’ve had with my couple of hours of Division 2 was the game not launching at all and a full crash to desktop.
