If you are using chrome try a cache clear, that helps with most chrome problems
Use firefox, and tried in ie as well. Same issue. Very strange

Users manage to finally sync after few tries. Sadly as it’s not problem on SG-end, we cannot assist you more than by writing you must try to sync till it works.
