Went through to SANBS since I had to go out to do various tasks anyway. The nurse confirmed that you only have to wait 24 hours after vaccination before you can donate. I got a soft fleece blanket! I had a choice of black or red, I went with red.

My wife and her brother are visiting their mother in Natal this last week. Unfortunately the brother heard bad news this morning. His neighbours back home were broken into during the night and killed. Two old people living in a complex.
We live in a terrible country.
